Kipu Health Acquires Avea Solutions

Kipu Health, a provider of cloud-based electronic medical records and billing solutions for behavioral health providers, has acquired Avea Solutions, a revenue cycle management software provider for addiction and behavioral health treatment centers. The deal integrates Avea’s billing and RCM capabilities into Kipu’s clinical and revenue platform to streamline operations and improve reimbursement for treatment centers.
