Mérieux NutriSciences agreed to acquire Certified Group, a Warburg Pincus-backed provider of laboratory testing, certification, auditing, contract research, and regulatory consulting services. The acquisition added 31 North American laboratories, approximately $300 million in revenue, and more than 1,600 employees to Mérieux NutriSciences’ network; it was completed on October 21, 2026.

Kiwa ASI Acquires TSLC Certification Body to Expand in Canada

The deal brings RAS-SCI's proprietary technology and 450+ auditor network into the CERTANIA platform to expand capabilities in retail and grocery supply-chain assurance and to accelerate growth into mainland Europe; RAS-SCI's founders and directors will remain involved in the business.

(IIA), a national industrial inspection and testing services provider headquartered in Atlanta, acquired The QC Group, Inc., which will operate under the legal name QC Group, LLC. The acquisition adds QC Group’s four laboratories and capabilities in contract dimensional inspection, reverse engineering and nondestructive testing (including access to IIA’s NADCAP- and DLA-certified Sunnyvale lab), positioning IIA to expand service breadth and capacity for customers across aerospace, defense and manufacturing end markets.
