D&H Distributing announced it is expanding its SCALE third-party logistics and supply chain services division through the acquisition of Fulfillment.com (FDC), a global eCommerce fulfillment provider. The deal is intended to combine Fulfillment.com’s technology and international reach with SCALE’s operational capabilities to accelerate omni-channel and cross-border growth for B2B and B2C partners.

Pike Street Capital portfolio company QuickBox Fulfillment has acquired SKU2U, a Dallas/Fort Worth-area eCommerce fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution provider. The deal adds SKU2U’s 70,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled facility to QuickBox’s network, expanding capacity and temperature-regulated capabilities for health, beauty and other D2C customers in the fast-growing Dallas region.

CMA CGM Group Acquires Ingram Micro's Commerce & Lifecycle Services (CLS)

CMA CGM Group has signed an agreement to acquire most of Ingram Micro's Commerce & Lifecycle Services (CLS) business, including the Shipwire order-fulfillment platform, for an enterprise value of USD 3.0 billion. The transaction will be integrated with CMA CGM's subsidiary CEVA Logistics to bolster the group's contract-logistics and eCommerce capabilities, particularly across the U.S. and Europe; the CLS business reported approximately $1.7 billion revenue and ~11,500 employees in 2021.
