KKR Forms Geode Health to Expand Outpatient Mental Health Access

KKR has launched and funded Geode Health, a Chicago-based mental health services platform that will partner with psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists to provide in-person and virtual outpatient care for adults and children across the United States. The investment is funded through KKR’s Health Care Strategic Growth strategy; Geode’s leadership team includes CEO Gaurav Bhattacharyya and COO Mike King as the company pursues partnerships with existing providers and new clinic openings to scale access and outcomes.
