The deal expands GSC's digital mental health capabilities and complements its existing investments in Inkblot Therapy and MindBeacon as part of a broader digital health ecosystem strategy.

Tanabe Consulting Group (TSE Prime) agreed to acquire a majority stake in PEACEMIND Inc., making it a subsidiary, and to enter a capital and business alliance.
