KLH Capital partnered with the management team of The Warehouse Rentals & Supplies (TWRS) in a recapitalization that gives management an ownership stake and brings in Salem Investment Partners as a financing partner. The deal will provide capital and resources to support TWRS’s growth as a national platform for surface-preparation equipment rental, value-added distribution, and on-site services.
