KnowBe4 Acquires Egress

KnowBe4 has completed the acquisition of Egress, a UK-based provider of adaptive cloud email security, to integrate Egress' AI-enabled email protection into KnowBe4's human risk management platform. The deal (previously announced under a definitive agreement) brings together KnowBe4's security awareness and simulated phishing capabilities with Egress' contextual email security to deliver a unified, AI-driven human layer security offering; financial terms were not disclosed.
