Kodiak Building Partners has acquired New River Building Supply & Lumber Company, a long-standing provider of building materials in North Carolina's High Country (Boone and Banner Elk). The acquisition expands Kodiak's footprint in the developing Southeast market while New River will continue operating locally with support from Kodiak's national resources; BDO Capital Advisors and McGuire Wood & Bissette advised New River on the deal.
