The deal expands KORE’s IoT solutions, managed services and connected-health capabilities, bringing Integron’s certifications and expertise in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and life sciences into the KORE portfolio.

Wireless Logic Group Acquires SIMPoint

Wireless Logic Group has acquired SIMPoint, an Eindhoven-based IoT/M2M connectivity specialist founded in 2012, to strengthen its connectivity solutions and expand its European footprint. The deal, undisclosed in value, brings SIMPoint’s customizable SIM and IoT management capabilities and a customer base of over 4,000 into the Wireless Logic platform, which is backed by Montagu Private Equity.

Searchlight Capital Partners and Abry Partners Acquire KORE Group for ~$726 Million

KORE Group entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $726 million by private equity firms Searchlight Capital Partners and Abry Partners. Searchlight and Abry will acquire all outstanding shares of KORE common stock not already owned by them for $9.25 per share, and the company is expected to operate as a privately held business upon closing.

Kobiton Acquires Mobile Labs
