Entertainment Partners Acquires SyncOnSet Technologies

Entertainment Partners (EP) acquired SyncOnSet Technologies, an Emmy Award-winning provider of collaboration, asset-tracking and on-set productivity software, to integrate SyncOnSet’s Crew Tools and Asset Hub into EP’s SmartStudio suite. The deal closed on January 10, 2020; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands EP’s cloud-based production management capabilities and streamlines on-set workflows for studios and production crews.
