Approximately 250 H5 employees join Lighthouse, expanding its review, analytics and information-governance capabilities and pairing H5's review efficiency technology with Lighthouse's Prism AI to modernize document review for corporate legal and compliance clients.

DiscernDx Acquires Luminist Labs

DiscernDx, a Palo Alto precision medicine company, has acquired Luminist Labs, a privately-held diagnostic platform developer focused on early detection and diagnosis of liver disease. The acquisition will integrate Luminist's data and platform into DiscernDx's multi-omics system to accelerate development of non-invasive diagnostic and prognostic solutions for NASH and other chronic metabolic liver diseases. Terms were not disclosed.

Lightyear Capital Acquires Controlling Stake in Lighthouse (eDiscovery/GRC)

Lightyear Capital has acquired a controlling stake in Lighthouse Technologies Holdings Corp (Lighthouse), a Seattle-headquartered provider of technology-enabled eDiscovery, information governance and GRC software and services. The transaction gives Lightyear control of Lighthouse as part of a growth strategy to expand the company's enterprise data management and eDiscovery capabilities; Spire Capital Partners (a prior investor) exited in the transaction.

PullRequest Acquires Moonlight Developer Platform

PullRequest, a code-review-as-a-service company based in Austin, Texas, acquired Moonlight, a Brooklyn-based remote developer hiring and contractor marketplace. The deal integrates Moonlight's marketplace and team into PullRequest to extend its AI-assisted code review product toward end-to-end development and talent delivery; Moonlight co-founders Emma Lawler and Philip Thomas joined PullRequest's team.

J.D. Power Acquires Tail Light's F&I Menu and Reporting Software Business
