Lightyear Capital has acquired a controlling stake in Lighthouse Technologies Holdings Corp (Lighthouse), a Seattle-headquartered provider of technology-enabled eDiscovery, information governance and GRC software and services. The transaction gives Lightyear control of Lighthouse as part of a growth strategy to expand the company's enterprise data management and eDiscovery capabilities; Spire Capital Partners (a prior investor) exited in the transaction.
