Prime Technology Group Acquires Lighthouse Software Solutions

Prime Technology Group, a Frontenac-backed IT solutions provider based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, has acquired Lighthouse Software Solutions, a custom application development firm specializing in legacy support, modernization and integration services primarily for the financial services industry. The Lighthouse management team, including founder Tim Michalski, will remain with Prime as the combined company looks to deepen vertical expertise and broaden application development and managed services capabilities.

Coretelligent Acquires Soundshore Technology Group

Coretelligent, a managed IT and cloud services provider (and portfolio company of VSS Capital Partners), acquired Soundshore Technology Group, a boutique managed services firm serving hedge funds, private equity, RIAs and family offices. The deal — terms not disclosed — expands Coretelligent's financial-services IT portfolio, adding Soundshore's client relationships and contributing to a combined organization of over 200 employees and 500 clients.

Lightyear Capital Acquires Controlling Stake in Lighthouse (eDiscovery/GRC)

Lightyear Capital has acquired a controlling stake in Lighthouse Technologies Holdings Corp (Lighthouse), a Seattle-headquartered provider of technology-enabled eDiscovery, information governance and GRC software and services. The transaction gives Lightyear control of Lighthouse as part of a growth strategy to expand the company's enterprise data management and eDiscovery capabilities; Spire Capital Partners (a prior investor) exited in the transaction.

Norwest Equity Partners Acquires Coretelligent from VSS Capital Partners

Norwest Equity Partners (NEP) has acquired Coretelligent, a Westwood, Massachusetts-based managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud services provider. VSS Capital Partners sold the company but will remain a minority investor; financial terms were not disclosed. NEP intends to partner with founder and CEO Kevin Routhier to scale Coretelligent organically and through strategic acquisitions.

Coretelligent Acquires Chateaux

The add-on deal (terms not disclosed) expands Coretelligent's managed IT, cloud and digital transformation capabilities and brings Chateaux's clients in finance, energy, healthcare/life sciences and utilities into the platform; Chateaux principals will remain in leadership roles.

Lighthouse Acquires H5

Approximately 250 H5 employees join Lighthouse, expanding its review, analytics and information-governance capabilities and pairing H5's review efficiency technology with Lighthouse's Prism AI to modernize document review for corporate legal and compliance clients.
