Kairos Capital Management Acquires Pro-Fab Group

Montreal-based private equity firm Kairos Capital Management has acquired Pro-Fab Group Inc., a Quebec-headquartered manufacturer and installer of factory-built homes, including its Ontario subsidiary Guildcrest Homes. The deal returns Pro-Fab to Canadian ownership after nearly a decade under Wynnchurch Capital and aims to support Pro-Fab's growth and consolidate the fragmented modular/prefabricated building market across Canada.

Aechelon Technology Acquires Compro Computer Services' Radar Simulation Division (RTK)

Aechelon Technology, a Sagewind Capital platform company, acquired the Radar Simulation Division of Compro Computer Services, including the Radar Toolkit (RTK) and all associated assets, contracts, software, IP, facilities and personnel. The division — based in Dallas, Texas — will be integrated into Aechelon's newly-established Radar Division to expand radar simulation capabilities and tightly integrate RTK with Aechelon's GPU-based Radar Data Generators (RDGs).

AGIC Capital, together with family-owned investor Kirk Kapital, has completed the acquisition of PR Electronics A/S, a Danish designer and manufacturer of signal conditioning devices for process and factory automation. The company — headquartered in Rønde, Denmark — will continue to be led by its executive management team while select members of management, including former CEO Kim Rasmussen, reinvest in the business as owners; the new owners plan to support further organic growth and pursue growth-through-acquisition opportunities.

kwx (Keller Williams) Acquires CPros

kwx, the holding company of Keller Williams, has acquired CPros (Conveyance Pros), a Philadelphia-based provider of concierge transaction management services for real estate brokerages and agents. The CPros team, led by founder Jason Conner, will join kwx and its services will be integrated into KW's Command CRM and offered via the KW MarketPlace to scale transaction management support for Keller Williams agents.
