Century Communities, Inc. has acquired substantially all assets of Landmark Homes of Tennessee, a regional homebuilder in the Greater Nashville area. The deal adds more than 800 current and future lots and six active communities to Century's Tennessee footprint, expanding its inventory and market share among first-time and move-up buyers in the region.

Thompson Truck Group Acquires Goodpasture Motor Company

Thompson Truck Group, a division of Thompson Distribution based in Nashville, Tennessee, acquired Goodpasture Motor Company in Bristol (Virginia/Tennessee) in a transaction announced December 20, 2022. The acquisition adds an established International truck dealer to Thompson's regional holdings; members of the Goodpasture family (including Frank Goodpasture IV) will continue in leadership roles under the Thompson Truck Group umbrella.

Jones Logistics Acquires Nationwide Express

The deal expands JoLo’s geographic footprint across the Southeast and enhances its service offerings (warehousing, intermodal and managed transportation), increasing the combined company's scale and capabilities.

Innovative Packaging Company (IPC), a Shore Capital Partners–backed specialty packaging distributor based in Vancouver, Washington, has acquired Colorado-based Landmark Packaging, Inc. The add-on expands IPC's geographic footprint into the greater Colorado market and broadens its product and service capabilities across food & beverage, industrial, and cannabis end markets; terms were not disclosed.

FleetPride Acquires Truck Service Company, Inc. (Chattanooga, TN)

JM Family Enterprises Acquires National Truck Protection from Kinderhook Industries

JM Family Enterprises, through its JM&A Group division, acquired National Truck Protection (NTP) from Kinderhook Industries. NTP, headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is a leading administrator of vehicle service contracts for used commercial vehicles and will become a division of JM&A Group to expand JM Family's F&I and protection product offerings.
