Thompson Truck Group, a division of Thompson Distribution based in Nashville, Tennessee, acquired Goodpasture Motor Company in Bristol (Virginia/Tennessee) in a transaction announced December 20, 2022. The acquisition adds an established International truck dealer to Thompson's regional holdings; members of the Goodpasture family (including Frank Goodpasture IV) will continue in leadership roles under the Thompson Truck Group umbrella.
