Fastfrate Group Acquires Majority Stake in Challenger Group

Fastfrate Group completed a majority acquisition of Challenger Group (Challenger Motor Freight) following Competition Bureau Canada approval, expanding Fastfrate's network across Canada and into the United States. Challenger will continue to operate independently under incoming CEO Jim Peeples while Fastfrate maintains existing management and staff.

The deal brings Fracht expanded project-cargo, bulk-tank/container logistics and Irish/Benelux warehousing and depot capabilities and integrates Quality Freight’s local teams and facilities into Fracht’s global network.
