Crane Company Acquires Technifab Products for $40.5M

Crane Company (NYSE:CR) completed the acquisition of Technifab Products, Inc., a Brazil, Indiana–based manufacturer of vacuum‑insulated pipe systems and cryogenic valves, for $40.5 million on a cash‑free, debt‑free basis. Technifab will join Crane's Process Flow Technologies segment, extending Crane's cryogenics capabilities into high‑growth semiconductor, medical and pharmaceutical end markets and expanding the company's geographic footprint.
