Graham Holdings Acquires Two Woodbridge, VA Car Dealerships from Lustine Automotive Group

Graham Holdings Company acquired a Toyota dealership and a Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram dealership in Woodbridge, Virginia from Lustine Automotive Group, with the company taking a 90% stake. Christopher J. Ourisman and his Ourisman Automotive team will operate and manage the dealerships (reportedly holding the remaining minority interest); the purchase price was not disclosed.

Builders FirstSource Acquires California TrusFrame

Builders FirstSource, Inc. has acquired California TrusFrame, LLC from TriWest Capital Partners for an enterprise value of US$179.5 million. California TrusFrame, a manufacturer of prefabricated roof trusses, floor trusses and wall panels based in Murrieta, California with four manufacturing facilities, will integrate into Builders FirstSource and its leadership (including CEO Shawn Overholtzer) will join the company.
