Linq Analytics, a Texas-based provider of customer data management and analytics software, acquired certain assets of Altius, Inc., including the Flex suite of planning and Master Data Management (MDM) products. The deal adds FP&A and MDM capabilities to Linq’s account hierarchy and analytics offerings and includes the appointment of Noel Phillips as CTO to support product integration and client transitions.

Altair Acquires Cambridge Semantics

Altair (Nasdaq: ALTR) has acquired Cambridge Semantics, a provider of knowledge graph-powered data fabric and analytical graph database technology, and will integrate the technology into the Altair RapidMiner platform. The acquisition brings knowledge graph, data governance, data virtualization, and data discovery capabilities to Altair's analytics and data science offerings to accelerate enterprise knowledge graphs and support generative AI use cases.

Avanade Acquires Altius

Avanade has acquired London-based Altius, a provider of data performance management and AI solutions on the Microsoft platform, to strengthen its data, AI and managed services capabilities. Altius, which has offices in the Netherlands and India and employs 300+ cloud and data specialists, was a portfolio company of MML Capital Partners, which exited its investment. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal adds OmniQuest's optimization algorithms and expertise—used across automotive, motorsport (Formula 1) and aerospace applications—to Altair's simulation and AI product portfolio to strengthen its optimization capabilities.

Equisoft Acquires U.K. Pension and Investment Solutions Provider Altus

Siemens Acquires Altair Engineering

Siemens AG has completed the acquisition of Altair Engineering Inc. for an enterprise value of approximately USD 10 billion. The deal adds Altair's capabilities in mechanical and electromagnetic simulation, high-performance computing (HPC), data science and AI to Siemens' Xcelerator platform, strengthening Siemens' industrial software and digital twin offerings.
