Ideagen Plc has acquired London-headquartered MailManager Limited for an upfront cash consideration of £26.4 million, expanding Ideagen’s regulated collaboration software suite and ARR base. MailManager—an email management SaaS provider with approximately £5.1m annualised recurring revenue—brings a strong mid-market to enterprise customer footprint and cross-sell opportunities in sectors such as architecture, engineering and construction.

saas.group Acquires Pipeline CRM

Intuit Acquires Mailchimp

Intuit has agreed to acquire Mailchimp for approximately $12 billion in cash and stock to create an end-to-end customer growth platform for small and mid-market businesses.
