The deal expands Curavi’s network and capabilities in the skilled nursing/post-acute market and positions the combined company to serve nearly 100 facilities across 14 states.

Simplura, a Valley Stream, New York–headquartered provider of non-medical home care services with more than 15,000 employees and 57 locations across seven states, was grown by OEP via eight add-on acquisitions and is expected to close in Q4 2020 pending approvals.
