Curavi Health Acquires TripleCare

Pittsburgh-based Curavi Health Inc., a UPMC Enterprises–backed telemedicine provider, has acquired Long Island City–based TripleCare, a telemedicine services provider for post-acute and long-term care facilities. The deal expands Curavi’s network and capabilities in the skilled nursing/post-acute market and positions the combined company to serve nearly 100 facilities across 14 states.
