Equipment Controls Company (ECCO), a Norcross, Georgia-based distributor of natural gas measurement and control products, acquired Tri-State Meter and Regulator Service, Inc., a Memphis, Tennessee-based distribution and service center for natural gas and liquid management products, effective June 28, 2024. The acquisition expands ECCO's geographic reach and field-service capabilities, allowing the combined business to offer broader product distribution, installation, testing and leak-survey services to natural gas utilities, transmission companies, and commercial and industrial customers.
