Hanover Investors has acquired Llanelec Precision Engineering, a Neath, Wales-based manufacturer of precision-machined components for the defence and aerospace sectors. The investment—made via Hanover Active Equity Fund III—will see Hanover partner with CEO Spencer John to support Llanelec's growth and strategic development from its 120,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility.

KKR Acquires Ness Digital Engineering

KKR has signed definitive agreements to acquire 100% of Ness Digital Engineering from The Rohatyn Group. Ness, a Teaneck, New Jersey–headquartered full-lifecycle digital engineering and transformation firm with more than 4,000 employees globally, will be supported by KKR to scale its digital platform and pursue global growth; financial terms were not disclosed.

Kohlberg & Company Acquires Majority Stake in EN Engineering from General Atlantic

EN Engineering, headquartered in Warrenville, Illinois, is a utility services and engineering firm with over 1,500 professionals serving gas, electric, pipeline and industrial customers; Kohlberg cited its infrastructure services experience to support the company's next phase of growth and geographic expansion.

Cadre Holdings Completes Acquisition of Carr's Engineering Division

Cadre Holdings, Inc. completed the acquisition of Carr's Engineering Limited (excluding Chirton Engineering) and Carr's Engineering (US), Inc.—the Engineering Division of Carr's Group plc—for an enterprise value of £75 million. The deal was funded with incremental term debt and is intended to expand Cadre's nuclear safety product offerings and international footprint.
