KKR Acquires Ness Digital Engineering

KKR has signed definitive agreements to acquire 100% of Ness Digital Engineering from The Rohatyn Group. Ness, a Teaneck, New Jersey–headquartered full-lifecycle digital engineering and transformation firm with more than 4,000 employees globally, will be supported by KKR to scale its digital platform and pursue global growth; financial terms were not disclosed.
