Ness Digital Engineering has acquired Niyuj, a Pune-based software product engineering firm with roughly 200 engineers, to strengthen Ness’s product engineering and digital infrastructure capabilities across networking, security, storage and cloud solutions. The acquisition expands Ness’s Technology and ISV vertical capabilities and adds engineering capacity for building software products for startups and Fortune 500 clients.
