EY US has acquired Nuvalence, a Troy, New York-based IT consulting firm with more than 140 engineers, product managers, and architects across the US, Canada and Colombia. The acquisition expands EY's technology advisory, modernization, digital platforms and data/AI capabilities, building on Nuvalence's work including an AI-embedded fleet management platform for an automotive manufacturer.
