eWorld Companies, Inc. (OTC: EWRC) announced the acquisition of Los Angeles-based 21 Moves Gaming Studios, acquiring 100% of its assets while issuing a 70% ownership stake in eWorld to 21 Moves. The deal brings 21 Moves in as a wholly owned subsidiary (with its management retained) as eWorld pivots its business toward gaming and multimedia entertainment.
