Wondr Gaming Corp. entered into a binding agreement to acquire all issued and outstanding common shares of Hot Dot Media Inc., an influencer marketing agency with a creator network reaching 100,000,000+ followers. The consideration is 8,000,000 Wondr Gaming common shares (deemed $0.25/share); the parties expect the acquisition to close on or around June 1, 2021 to integrate HDM's creator reach into Wondr's gaming, rewards and NFT initiatives.

Unlimited Media Inc. for approximately US$53 million in cash and stock, creating a combined animation and digital media company.
