Phreesia Acquires Insignia Health

Phreesia, a public healthcare SaaS company based in Raleigh, North Carolina, has acquired Insignia Health, LLC, the exclusive license holder of the Patient Activation Measure (PAM). The deal brings Insignia's patient activation assessment, education and coaching capabilities into Phreesia's patient engagement platform to expand capabilities and scale PAM across Phreesia's provider and payer customers.
