Phreesia Acquires Access eForms

Phreesia has acquired Access eForms, an electronic forms management and automation provider, to expand its offerings for acute-care hospitals and strengthen integrations with leading EHRs. Access eForms (founded over 20 years ago) processes more than 1.6 billion e-signatures annually and will complement Phreesia's patient intake, outreach and activation platform; Healthcare Growth Partners advised Access eForms on the transaction.
