Phreesia, a public healthcare SaaS company based in Raleigh, North Carolina, has acquired Insignia Health, LLC, the exclusive license holder of the Patient Activation Measure (PAM). The deal brings Insignia's patient activation assessment, education and coaching capabilities into Phreesia's patient engagement platform to expand capabilities and scale PAM across Phreesia's provider and payer customers.

Health Enterprise Partners Invests in Access Physicians

Health Enterprise Partners led a $9.3 million Series A investment in Access Physicians to accelerate nationwide deployments of its multispecialty acute telemedicine services. The funding will support scaling of Access Physicians’ telemedicine programs, which are already deployed at 153 hospitals across 18 states and serve Fortune 500 health enterprises as well as rural and community hospitals.

Visiqua Acquires FlipForms

Ethos Capital Acquires Newforma

The deal, in which Battery Ventures sold its stake, will support Newforma’s cloud migration and accelerated product development as the company expands its cloud-based collaboration platform.

Gen Cap America Acquires Eastern Business Forms
