Ahlstrom Oyj has acquired EBF (Eastern Business Forms), a Greenville, South Carolina–based manufacturer of 903 specimen collection cards and related newborn screening devices. The purchase brings EBF into Ahlstrom’s Filtration and Life Sciences division, strengthening Ahlstrom’s converting and card-manufacturing capabilities for diagnostic and life-science markets.

Gen Cap America Partners with Management to Acquire Griffin Gear, Inc.

Terms were not disclosed; the deal is positioned as a partnership with existing management to support continued operations and growth under CEO Randy Stewart.

Phreesia Acquires Access eForms

Access eForms (founded over 20 years ago) processes more than 1.6 billion e-signatures annually and will complement Phreesia's patient intake, outreach and activation platform; Healthcare Growth Partners advised Access eForms on the transaction.
