SCHOCK, a Triton Fund V portfolio company and German manufacturer of quartz composite kitchen sinks, has acquired UK kitchen sink and tap supplier The 1810 Company effective March 31, 2022. The deal expands SCHOCK's sales footprint in the United Kingdom; The 1810 Company will continue to operate under its current management and market products alongside the SCHOCK brand. Purchase price was not disclosed.

Schülke, headquartered in Norderstedt, Germany, is a leading provider of infection prevention and treatment solutions for healthcare and life sciences, employing ~1,200 people and operating in more than 80 countries; the deal is expected to close in Q4 2023 and is subject to regulatory approvals.
