Triton Acquires SCHOCK GmbH from IK Investment Partners

Triton Fund V, advised by Triton, has signed and completed an agreement to acquire SCHOCK GmbH, the German inventor and leading producer of quartz composite kitchen sinks, from IK Investment Partners (IK VIII Fund). Financial terms were not disclosed; Triton said it will support SCHOCK's international growth, product development and sustainability initiatives under the management team led by CEO Ralf Boberg.

SCHOCK, a Triton Fund V portfolio company and German manufacturer of quartz composite kitchen sinks, has acquired UK kitchen sink and tap supplier The 1810 Company effective March 31, 2022. The deal expands SCHOCK's sales footprint in the United Kingdom; The 1810 Company will continue to operate under its current management and market products alongside the SCHOCK brand. Purchase price was not disclosed.

Blanchon Group Acquires Dr Schutz

Blanchon Group has acquired Dr Schutz, the German family-owned specialist in floor renovation, protection and maintenance products, in a deal supported by private equity partners IK Partners and Abenex. The acquisition adds Dr Schutz’s product lines, five main sites and ~90 employees to Blanchon’s network and is intended to accelerate Blanchon’s international expansion and strengthen its flooring capabilities across Europe, particularly in Germany and the DACH region.

Wolf Home Products Acquires Carstin Kitchen & Bath Surfaces

Italian sanitary specialist Paini S.p.A. has acquired the KWC Home division from Switzerland-headquartered KWC Group, a portfolio company of funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe. The deal is a divestiture (terms undisclosed) that will integrate KWC Home into Paini’s sanitary product offering while allowing Equistone to focus on developing KWC Group’s Professional division.

Richelieu Hardware Acquires Midwest Specialty Products, LLC

The acquisition closed January 13, 2025 and was advised by Generational Group. The deal expands Richelieu's product offering in stone slabs and strengthens its distribution footprint in the U.S. Midwest.
