Richelieu Hardware has acquired Midwest Specialty Products, LLC, a Shakopee, Minnesota-based distributor of premium countertop and surface solutions. The acquisition closed January 13, 2025 and was advised by Generational Group. The deal expands Richelieu's product offering in stone slabs and strengthens its distribution footprint in the U.S. Midwest.
