Tenex Capital Management has acquired Wolf Home Products from Quad-C Management. Wolf, headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, is a long-established provider and distributor of branded kitchen and bath cabinetry, vanities, accent tiles, outdoor living and specialty building products serving dealers and builders across North America. Financial terms were not disclosed; Fidus Partners served as financial advisor to Wolf.

PrimeSource Brands Acquires Wolf Home Products from Tenex Capital

PrimeSource Brands, a portfolio company of Clearlake Capital Group, has acquired Wolf Home Products from affiliates of Tenex Capital Management. The purchase adds Wolf’s branded cabinetry, countertops, vanities and outdoor living products to PrimeSource’s specialty building products platform, expanding its branded portfolio and distribution reach in the residential repair, remodel and new construction end markets.

Stonewall Kitchen Acquires Michel Design Works

Stonewall Kitchen, the York, Maine-based specialty food and home goods platform, has acquired Michel Design Works, a Katonah, New York lifestyle brand known for bath & body products, home fragrance and home décor. The acquisition expands Stonewall Kitchen's family of brands and strengthens its presence in the home goods and personal care gift channels.

Lynx Equity Acquires Creative Surfaces, Inc.

Toronto-based private equity firm Lynx Equity Limited has acquired Creative Surfaces, Inc., a Sioux Falls, South Dakota manufacturer, distributor and installer of commercial casework, countertops, cabinetry and signage. Founder and CEO Jud Pins (former owner) sold the business and will remain in management; terms were not disclosed. Creative Surfaces has approximately 123 employees and $40 million in annual sales, and Lynx intends to leverage its existing sister companies to provide operational support and pursue synergies, including entry into the gaming market.

KSI Kitchen & Bath Acquires Starlite Kitchens & Baths, Inc.

SCHOCK Acquires Polish Quartz-Composite Manufacturer Marmorin
