France-headquartered DELABIE Group has agreed to acquire KWC Professional from Equistone Partners Europe, creating a leading pan‑European industrial group in tapware and sanitary equipment for public and commercial buildings. KWC Professional is headquartered in Unterkulm, Switzerland, operates across multiple European markets and the Middle East, and employs around 400 people; the transaction completes Equistone's full realisation of its investment in KWC Group and is subject to customary closing conditions.

Equistone Partners Europe Acquires Franke Water Systems (KWC & WSC) from Franke Group

Funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe have agreed to acquire Franke Water Systems, the kitchen and bathroom fittings division of Franke Group, in a carve-out transaction. Industry executive Thorsten Klapproth is joining as a co-investor; the division (comprising KWC Group and WS Commercial Group) employs ~900 people and generated over CHF 192m in 2020. Financial terms are undisclosed and the deal remains subject to competition approval; management will continue to run the business and the investment will support international expansion and product development.

Homewerks Worldwide Acquires Shower and Specialty Plumbing Business from Waxman Consumer Products Group

Warburg Pincus (via Canyon Trail) Acquires Majority Stake in Watertec India

SCHOCK Acquires Polish Quartz-Composite Manufacturer Marmorin

Salice Acquires Villes 2000 S.r.l.

(Salice Group), a Cobepa-backed manufacturer of hinges and furniture fittings, has acquired Villes 2000 S.r.l., an Italian producer of aluminium sliding systems for furniture, interior doors and shower boxes. The deal is an add-on to Salice’s platform intended to expand its sliding-systems portfolio, leverage product synergies (including the Bortoluzzi brand) and strengthen its offering to furniture and interior markets.
