Limerston Capital portfolio company Largo Leisure Holidays has acquired Campsie Glen Holiday Park in Fintry, Stirlingshire, adding a site with over 200 pitches and planning permission for further development to its Scottish parks portfolio. The transaction is a bolt-on acquisition supporting Largo's acquisitive growth plan since Limerston acquired Largo in March 2022 and follows the firm's earlier addition of Cruachan Farm in June 2023.

Verdant Leisure Acquires Erigmore Leisure Park

Verdant Leisure, the Palatine-backed holiday park operator, has acquired Erigmore Estate (Erigmore Leisure Park) in Birnam, Perthshire, adding roughly 200 pitches and bringing the group's portfolio to ten parks across Scotland and North East England. The deal is the sixth bolt-on since Palatine Private Equity invested in Verdant in April 2016 and supports the company's buy-and-build strategy to scale regionally.

Cairngorm Capital has acquired Chandlers Building Supplies Limited and will merge it with its existing builders' merchant brands Parker Building Supplies (Parkers), Stamco and Fairalls to form the Independent Builders' Merchant Group. The enlarged business will operate 37 branches across the Midlands and South East with combined revenues of £180 million and over 750 employees; Chandlers contributes 14 branches, approximately £60 million in revenue and over 230 employees.
