Matrix Sciences has acquired AgroLab Inc., an agronomic testing laboratory in Harrington, Delaware, expanding Matrix's agri-food laboratory network and geographic coverage across the U.S. The acquisition brings AgroLab's soil, plant tissue, compost and related testing capabilities into Matrix's portfolio to better serve production agriculture, lawn care and compost manufacturers.

Cormica Acquires Zwisler Laboratorium GmbH

Labcorp Acquires Toxikon Corporation

Labcorp has acquired Toxikon Corporation, a Bedford, Massachusetts-based contract research organization that provides nonclinical in vivo and in vitro testing for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients. The acquisition expands Labcorp Drug Development's nonclinical testing capabilities and creates a strategic Boston-area footprint; Toxikon reported approximately $40 million in annual revenue and the deal closed in December 2021.
