HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, purchased five companies — Bennion Deville Homes; Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Alliance Real Estate and Alliance Title Group; Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida; Hegg Realtors; and Joe Moholland Moving — to expand its national footprint and add sales associates, transactions and closed sales volume. The deals add roughly 1,400 sales associates, 15,000 transactions and nearly $8 billion in closed sales volume, accelerating HomeServices' geographic expansion and support for a "customer-for-life" model.

Viamed Salud operates a network of acute hospitals, convalescence centres and outpatient clinics across multiple Spanish regions; Macquarie said the investment targets long-term growth driven by an ageing population and expansion of private healthcare in Spain.

PHM Group Acquires Investis Group's Real Estate Services Business in Switzerland

PHM Group completed the acquisition of Investis Group's entire real estate services business on 24 June 2024, adding Swiss subsidiaries that provide property management and maintenance services. The acquired businesses employ 2,285 people and generated approximately CHF 181 million in revenue for the year ended 31 December 2023; as part of the deal Investis took a minority stake in PHM and Investis CEO Stéphane Bonvin joined PHM's board.
