Novaria Group, a Fort Worth-based manufacturer of specialty hardware for the aerospace and defense industries, has acquired Advanced Coating, a Rancho Cucamonga-based provider of Parylene conformal coating and surface enhancement services. The deal brings Advanced Coating onto Novaria's platform to expand coating capabilities and support growth across military, avionics, industrial electronics and medical device markets; terms were not disclosed.

Novaria Group, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired Plasma Ruggedized Solutions (PRS), a provider of high-reliability conformal coatings, parylene coating, potting, and encapsulation for defense, medical and advanced industrial electronics. The deal expands Novaria's advanced surface protection capabilities and strengthens its position serving mission-critical aerospace, defense and industrial end markets.

Precision Aviation Group Acquires ICON Aerospace and TAG Aero

Precision Aviation Group (PAG), a GenNx360 portfolio company, has acquired ICON Aerospace and TAG Aero, expanding PAG's avionics and engine (APU) repair-and-overhaul capabilities. The add-on deals bring ICON's avionics expertise (approx. 150 employees) and TAG's APU services (approx. 60 employees and four in-house test cells) into PAG's global MRO network.

Precision Aviation Group (PAG), a GenNx360 portfolio company, has acquired Velocity Aerospace Group, a Frisco, Texas-based provider of aviation MRO and manufacturing services. The deal adds three FAA repair stations in Burbank, Van Nuys and Ft. Lauderdale, brings roughly 140 employees, over 110,000 square feet of facilities and expands PAG's avionics, DER repair and manufacturing capabilities.

Novaria Group Acquires Hydro Fitting Manufacturing

Novaria Group, a Fort Worth-based manufacturer of specialty hardware for aerospace and defense, has acquired Hydro Fitting Manufacturing Corporation, a Covina, California-based maker of custom high-pressure valves, charging kits, hose assemblies and fittings. The acquisition — Novaria's sixth since April 2020 — expands Novaria's defense and fitting capabilities and complements its Acra Aerospace business; terms were not disclosed.

Precision Aviation Group (PAG) to Acquire PTB Group

GenNx360-backed Precision Aviation Group (PAG) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ASX-listed PTB Group, a provider of MRO services for Pratt & Whitney PT6 and Honeywell TPE331 engines, engine and airframe leasing, and aviation supply-chain services. The bolt-on is intended to expand PAG's engine services capabilities and supply-chain footprint across Australia and the United States and is expected to close in Q4 2022, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
