Novaria Group Acquires Plasma Ruggedized Solutions

Novaria Group, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired Plasma Ruggedized Solutions (PRS), a provider of high-reliability conformal coatings, parylene coating, potting, and encapsulation for defense, medical and advanced industrial electronics. The deal expands Novaria's advanced surface protection capabilities and strengthens its position serving mission-critical aerospace, defense and industrial end markets.

Novaria Group has acquired Precision Aero Corp (PAC), the fusible plug and specialty aftermarket components business previously owned by Precision Products Machining Group (PPMG). PAC will continue to operate from its Troy, Ohio facility with existing site leadership, and the acquisition expands Novaria's portfolio of safety-critical aerospace components and material-science capabilities.

Novaria Group Acquires Hohman Plating

Novaria Group, a Fort Worth-based manufacturer of specialty hardware and coatings for the aerospace and defense market, has acquired substantially all assets of Hohman Plating, a Dayton, Ohio metal finishing and coating business. Hohman will continue operating from Dayton and owner Bill Miller will join Novaria's board; terms were not disclosed. The purchase expands Novaria's finishing and proprietary coating capabilities across aerospace, defense and other end markets.

KKR Acquires Novaria Group from Rosewood Private Investments and Tailwind Advisors

KKR entered into an agreement to acquire Novaria Group, a Fort Worth, Texas-based manufacturer of specialty aerospace hardware, from sellers Rosewood Private Investments and Tailwind Advisors. The buyout, funded by KKR's Americas XII Fund, will implement a broad-based employee ownership model and support scaling and capability expansion across Novaria's aerospace components operations; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close by Q1 2020.

Novaria Group Acquires Hydro Fitting Manufacturing

Novaria Group, a Fort Worth-based manufacturer of specialty hardware for aerospace and defense, has acquired Hydro Fitting Manufacturing Corporation, a Covina, California-based maker of custom high-pressure valves, charging kits, hose assemblies and fittings. The acquisition — Novaria's sixth since April 2020 — expands Novaria's defense and fitting capabilities and complements its Acra Aerospace business; terms were not disclosed.
