Ziff Davis, Inc. completed two acquisitions in Q4 2021, acquiring equity in RootMetrics and assets of Wireless LAN Professionals to expand its connectivity offerings. The transactions are intended to grow Ziff Davis' customer base, access new markets and broaden the company's product lineup; terms were not disclosed.

Ookla Acquires CellRebel

Seattle-based connectivity intelligence firm Ookla has acquired CellRebel, a Sweden-based telecom analytics company, to enhance Ookla’s consumer network experience insights and analytics capabilities. The deal adds CellRebel’s large-scale real-world measurement datasets and visualization tools to Ookla’s portfolio to better serve operators, CDNs, and other telecom customers worldwide.

SplitMetrics Acquires App Radar
