Mirion Technologies Completes Business Combination with GS Acquisition Holdings Corp II

Mirion Technologies completed its previously announced business combination with GS Acquisition Holdings Corp II (GSAH), with GSAH changing its name to Mirion Technologies, Inc. The transaction raised approximately $2.334 billion of committed capital (including PIPE, trust proceeds and debt financing), provided liquidity to existing Mirion shareholders and positions Mirion to pursue organic and inorganic growth as a public company listed on the NYSE.

Paragon was sold by Windjammer Capital Investors, which had acquired the company in November 2021 and supported product expansion and sales-channel investments to position Paragon for growth in the nuclear sector.
