Partners Group Acquires Forterro from Battery Ventures

Partners Group intends to scale Forterro across Europe by accelerating organic growth, pursuing strategic acquisitions in adjacent geographies and sub-verticals, and improving operational efficiency.

Forterro Acquires Proffix Software AG

Forterro Acquires Orgadata

Industrial software group Forterro has agreed to acquire Orgadata, a German provider of Logikal design and production software for the global windows, doors and façades industry. The deal—subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close in Q1 2025—creates a new Forterro Windows and Doors division and expands Forterro’s manufacturing software capabilities into the fenestration market.
