Incline Equity Partners Acquires Alliance Environmental Group

Pittsburgh-based private equity firm Incline Equity Partners has acquired Alliance Environmental Group, a California-headquartered provider of environmental remediation and indoor air quality services. Alliance, previously a portfolio company of MFG Partners and ORIX Corporation USA Private Equity Solutions, operates 14 locations across CA, AZ, NV and WA; Incline plans to support geographic and capability expansion and further consolidation in the sector. Terms were not disclosed; Baird served as financial advisor to Alliance.

EAI's senior team will join Montrose's Environmental Consulting & Engineering Division to expand Montrose's remediation and consulting capabilities in the Mid-Atlantic; terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Alliance's environmental remediation and HVAC/IAQ service capabilities, adding expertise in fire stopping, fire damper testing, containment for infection control, kitchen exhaust cleaning, HVAC refurbishment and mold remediation.

Alliance Technical Group, a Morgan Stanley Capital Partners–backed environmental testing and services platform, has acquired four independent environmental laboratories — Summit Environmental Technologies (Cuyahoga Falls, OH), Fremont Analytical (Seattle, WA), Orange Coast Analytical (Los Angeles, CA / Phoenix, AZ) and CHESTER LabNet (Portland, OR) — to build a nationwide laboratory network. The add-on deals expand Alliance's capabilities beyond air testing into water, hazardous waste, soil and PFAS/XRF analyses and broaden its geographic coverage across the United States.
