Other participants included Emergence Capital, Insight Partners, Chicago Ventures, Generation Investment Management, Sapphire Ventures and Sozo Ventures, with Sixth Street committing additional financing to support product development and a strategic acquisition program.

The deal integrates Powerley’s appliance-level energy analytics and BillWise AI into Convey’s platform to enhance utilities’ predictive billing, personalized energy insights, and customer engagement capabilities as an add-on to Convey’s PE-backed platform.

Visible Supply Chain Management Acquires Dallas-based TriCon

Visible Supply Chain Management, a Salt Lake City-based logistics and fulfillment provider, has acquired TriCon, a Dallas-based logistics, customs brokerage and fulfillment company. The acquisition adds TriCon's customs brokerage and international transportation capabilities and three warehouse locations (Orlando, Seattle and Dallas), expanding Visible's U.S. fulfillment footprint to seven locations.

Flexport Acquires Convoy's Technology Stack
