Alera Group has acquired Wilson Albers & Company, LLC, a Anchorage-based insurance, employee benefits and HR services firm that operates The Wilson Agency, Albers & Company and ConnectHR. Terms were not disclosed; Alera said the deal strengthens its presence in the Northwest and expands its employee benefits and HR capabilities.

The Hilb Group Acquires WNC Health Insurance (Josh Williams Enterprises)

The Hilb Group, LLC (a portfolio company of Abry Partners) acquired Josh Williams Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a WNC Health Insurance, effective September 1, 2019. WNC, an Asheville-based employee benefits and health insurance brokerage, will continue operating under Josh Williams from its existing Asheville location as part of THG's Carolinas expansion.

Kelley Connect Acquires J&H, Inc.

Kelley Connect, a Seattle-based office technology and IT services provider, has acquired Montana-based J&H, Inc., which operates offices in Bozeman, Billings, Missoula and Kalispell. The deal expands Kelley Connect's Montana footprint and adds J&H employees to its team, bringing Kelley Connect to 29 offices and 279 employees across five states. All J&H employees are part of the transition plan and Kelley Connect said it will hire additional staff to implement new offerings in the region.
