Kelley Connect Acquires Royal Business Systems and Northern Business Systems

Kelley Connect has acquired Royal Business Systems (Anchorage) and Northern Business Systems (Fairbanks), expanding its footprint across the state of Alaska and establishing five local Kelley Connect offices. The acquisitions are intended to retain existing employees, expand service capacity for office-technology and document-management solutions, and provide full-state coverage for Kelley Connect's customers.

BJG Electronics Acquires Connector Tech LLC

Ronkonkoma, New York-based BJG Electronics, a Rockwood portfolio company, has acquired Connector Tech LLC, a value-added distributor of high-reliability electronic interconnect products headquartered in Kalispell, Montana. The add-on expands BJG's value-added production capabilities and provides access to commercial and industrial end markets including aerospace, military, oil & gas, and other industrial customers; Connector Tech will continue operating from its Kalispell facility with its existing employees.

R&H Mechanical Acquires PJ's Plumbing & Heating (EMC Enterprises, LLC)

R&H Mechanical, an employee‑owned mechanical contractor based in Eagle, Colorado, acquired PJ's Plumbing & Heating (EMC Enterprises, LLC) of Belgrade, Montana. The transaction closed on January 5, 2024 and brings PJ’s plumbing, heating and geothermal installation and service capabilities into R&H’s ESOP-owned platform to expand its geographic footprint and service capacity.

The Hilb Group Acquires William H. Connolly & Co.

The Hilb Group, LLC (THG) acquired Montclair, New Jersey-based insurance brokerage William H. Connolly & Co., LLC, effective December 1, 2020. The deal brings William H. Connolly, Jr. and his team into THG's Tri-State operations and expands THG's property & casualty insurance capabilities in the region.

JTS Direct Acquires Assets of MTI Connect

JTS Direct, a Hartland, Wisconsin-based full-service direct marketing printing and mailing company, acquired substantially all assets of MTI Connect's Milwaukee production facility and Phoenix sales office. The asset purchase will integrate MTI's Milwaukee production into JTS Direct's Hartland operations while keeping the Phoenix sales office uninterrupted; terms were not disclosed.
